Research-based calculations

Our free Process Cost Calculator is based on validated data from the Europe-wide study ‘Navigating Indirect Procurement: Key Drivers of Performance & Cost Control’ (2025). It was carried out by Unite in collaboration with Leipzig University of Applied Sciences (HTWK), and we surveyed 181 procurement professionals from a diverse range of industries.

Your results are calculated using the information you enter and the average or median values from the study of typical companies in your size segment. So please keep in mind all the results are non-binding estimates.
